Our Story
El Ashiyb Care Agency & Elders Home was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to provide personalized, detailed care with compassion, dignity, honour, and excellence. We believe in treating every resident and client as an individual, respecting their unique needs, values, and preferences, and creating a safe, welcoming environment where they can thrive.
Our story is deeply personal. El Ashiyb was born from a place of heartfelt compassion for elders, shaped by our own journey of caring for our grandparents and parents through the process of successful aging. We experienced firsthand the life-changing role a caregiver plays especially during times of serious illness. One defining chapter was walking alongside our parent through stage four laryngeal cancer with a tracheostomy. Through skilled care, patience, and unwavering support, he now breathes freely and speaks again.
This journey reinforced our belief that no one should face life’s challenges alone especially in the later years when care, companionship, and respect matter most. Today, our team is committed to offering a wide range of services, from informal home support to specialized medical, palliative, and rehabilitative care, ensuring that every client experiences dignity, safety, and connection at every stage of life.
